Embedded Systems Assignment 2-Embedded System Design Process for Interactive Space Device
Embedded Systems Assignment 2
Embedded System Design Process for Interactive Space Device
Our assignment this time is to design a process for the final project.
We thought of several embedded system devices again, but none of them were satisfactory. Finally, we decided to stick with the idea of assignment 1. However, due to the difficulty in purchasing and funding issues, we chose the analog piezoelectric ceramic vibration module (vibration sensor) recommended by the teacher. The final design was the “Touch-Activated Smart Floor System”.
We assigned our respective tasks and started working.
This is the final work:
Assignment 2 Embedded System Design Process,FEEDBACK:
After completing the embedded system design process, I summarized the lessons learned and laid a solid foundation for the subsequent development of the touch-activated smart floor system.
During the demand analysis, I did not dig deep into key requirements such as the sensitivity of touch activation and the adaptation of piezoelectric ceramic vibration modules, which resulted in vague definitions of some functions. For example, the response standard of the system under different touch forces was not clear, which affected the subsequent design direction. This is mainly due to the incomplete research method and the lack of in-depth analysis combined with actual application scenarios. In the future, I will refer to similar mature cases, conduct field tests, and accurately identify the needs.
This design made me realize that system design needs to be rigorous and meticulous. In the subsequent design of the smart floor system, I will use the results of reflection to improve the design process and ensure the smooth progress of the project.
